Pre-Listing Agent Consultations for Tenant-Occupied Properties
Selling a tenant-occupied property is tricky. Consult with our team for tips on preparing the home, the paperwork and the tenant for the sales process.
Agent Referral Program
LRPM pays agents for each referral they send our way. $250–500 referral fees paid for each property that transitions to an occupied property in the LRPM portfolio. We also make sure your client is returned to you when it’s time to sell.
Listing Preparation
The Fixers are Living Room’s in-house maintenance crew. They are skilled at preparing homes for sale. When your clients are strapped for cash, they may choose to have the work paid out of escrow when the home sells (escrow payments are currently available for Living Room Clients only).
